FREE ARTWORK?
Show Your Logo, Inc. has an in-house graphics
department which will clean up or recreate your artwork for FREE.
More complex projects may not be eligible, but 99% of the artwork we
imprint is created or recreated by our staff. If you can send us your
artwork in a file simply decent enough for us to see, we will redraw
it in Adobe Illustrator or clean it up in Adobe Photoshop so that it
will print a cleanly as possible. This saves our clients time and money
and provides you with the highest quality imprint possible. We have
found that it is better to provide our clients with this exceptional
service for FREE so that our clients ALWAYS get the
best quality imprint. Once redrawn, the artwork can be imprinted on
any item and can be resized without losing quality.
Setup Charges:
Setup charges are for creating new screens,
tapes, dies, etc. Each product and/or imprinting method requires a different
setup process. Setup charges may vary by process. Setup charges are
for setting up the printing equipment performing the imprinting. There
are somewhat complex tasks, equipment, and materials utilized set up
each type of imprinting equipment.
Once your art, dies, screens, tapes, films,
etc. are made. We can imprint or embroider from them in the future without
incurring these types of charges again.
Setup charges vary depending on the imprintinting
method, complexity of the art, and number of colors being imprinted.

Freight charges are additional. No returns
accepted on imprinted products.
Screen Printing and Embroidery Methods:
Screen printing is a method by which the
items are printed on with ink. Setup charges include making a screen
(stencil) for each color, art sizing and positioning, mixing inks, and
setting up and breaking down the equipment.
Embroidery is a method by which the items
are stitched with colored thread to create type or images. Setup charges
may include digitizing the art (making a tape), and art creation. Usually
there is no charge for additional colors up to 7. Embroidery pricing
is determined by the number of stitches, in thousands, required to produce
the stitchout.

Art charges are for creating or modifying
the art to be imprinted or embroidered. We do this in our very knowledgable
Graphics department using Macintosh computers running the most current
graphics software including:

Our Graphics department can usually clean
up or recreate your logo artwork for FREE. More complex
projects are billed at $55 per hour. Supplied Camera-Ready art is subject
to approval.
Policies and Legal Information
Return Policy
No returns of imprinted products are accepted. Please
inspect product upon receipt. Unimprinted merchandise returns are subject
to a 20% restocking fee and Show Your Logo, Inc. is not responsible
for freight costs to return the product. A cancellation fee of $25 may
be applied to jobs which are cancelled. Any chargable services performed
up to the time of cancellation shall be payable by the customer including
art charges, proofs, digitizing, setup charges, etc. Any imprinted products
returned in violation of this policy may be discarded by Show Your Logo,
Inc. after 30 days.
Imprinting Policies
Artwork is sized at the discretion of Show Your Logo, Inc.
10% over or under requested quantity is acceptable due to quality
control.
PMS color matches are not guaranteed as like colors may be used or product
color may shift the color of the imprint. Example: printing yellow ink
on a blue item may shift the yellow to appear a bit greenish. PMS ink
colors for screen printing are not always the exact same as PMS ink
color for other printing methods. Example: Reflex Blue ink for screen
printing on t-shirts is much brighter than Reflex Blue used for commercial
printing (paper). Also, thread colors for embroidery do not perfectly
match PMS colors. Show Your Logo, Inc. will put forth its best efforts
to match colors as closely as possible to requested colors, but color
variations may occur. Show Your Logo, Inc. reserves the right to substitute
in its sole discretion a similar color choice to attempt to minimize
color variations.
Color misregistration of the industry standard 1/16 inch shall be deemed
acceptable.
Pricing Policies
Quotes are good for a period of 30 days from date they are issued
UNLESS the pricing offered reflects a limited time "special"
offer. "Specials" are offered from time to time and quoted
"special" pricing is only good for the term of the promo.
Price increases may be reflected in the final price if orders are
not approved for production by the customer prior to the expiration
of the quote or "special" offer.
Payment Policies
Customer provided credit card(s) may be charged any time after the
product ships. Most often, the card is not charged until customer receives
the product. A 50% deposit may be required prior to production.
Terms are given at the discretion of Show Your Logo, Inc. and may require
a credit card number to hold. In the event that the customer does not
fully pay any invoice within the required time period (terms), the amount
of any balance due may be charged to the supplied credit card. By providing
credit card information, customer is authorizing Show Your Logo, Inc.
to apply the charges listed on the Order Acknowledgement at any time
to the card. Customer shall be responsible for all costs, including
attorney's fees, incurred by Show Your Logo, Inc. in collecting any
charges due relative to customer's order.
There is a $25 service fee for each returned check
Shipping Policies/Due Dates
Show Your Logo, Inc. reserves the right to make carrier selection
to meet operational and customer needs including use of expedited services
to meet customer deadlines.
Estimated "In-Hands" dates are not guaranteed unless specifically
marked as an "EVENT DATE" on signed order acknowlegement.
Estimated production times begin from the date of artwork approval or
the order's approval for production by the customer, whichever is later.
Proposition 65 for California
Destinations
California's Proposition 65, which was implemented in 1985, requires
warning notices on all products that contain an array of substances.
Warnings may be required for imprinted products that will be distributed
or sold in California. Glass and ceramic decoration are regulated by
the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and as to date no cases
have been brought to trial regarding any violation of Prop 65.
Customers will hold Show Your Logo, Inc. harmless from all liability
for alleged Prop 65 violations. Any and all costs associated with
defending any legal claims due to Proposition 65 will be the responsibility
of the customer.
Trademark Usage Rights
All the logos and trademarks are registered trademarks and logos
of their respective owners and copyright holders. They are provided
only as a convenience for their lawful use, and should be used only
by owner of the logo or trademark, authorized agents or affiliates,
with proper permission from the copyright holders.
Any customer of Show Your Logo, Inc.
represents and warrants to Show Your Logo, Inc. that he or she has the
unrestricted right to use, copy and distribute each copyright, trademark,
service mark, trade name, logo, statement, graphic, artwork, name, photograph,
portrait, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual
property in the way it is to be printed on or otherwise applied to the
promotional merchandise ordered by the customer. All customers must
agree to defend, indemnify and hold Show Your Logo, Inc. and its parent
company and any affiliates fully harmless from any claims, suits or
actions and from all costs associated therewith, including attorney's
fees, alleging that the promotional merchandise ordered by the customer
violates or infringes upon any rights of any third party.
All customers are solely responsible
for obtaining proper permissions and licenses from third parties whose
rights may be violated or infringed. To use any logo, trademark or copyrighted
items, a customer MUST have written permission from the owner of the
logo or trademark or copyright, or be an employee or authorized agent
or affiliate of the owner. A customer may NOT use any logo or other
graphic material in a manner which may infringe on a protected right
or copyright. A customer also may NOT use any logo or trademark in a
vulgar, libelous, disparaging or otherwise unlawful manner. Show Your
Logo, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages or
wrongdoing resulting from a customer's use of any logo, trademark or
copyrighted items. Show Your Logo, Inc. shall not be held liable for
the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark
or copyright that is printed on or otherwise applied to promotional
merchandise ordered or purchased by the customer through Show Your Logo,
Inc.
