No returns of imprinted products are accepted. Please inspect product upon receipt. Unimprinted merchandise returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and Show Your Logo, Inc. is not responsible for freight costs to return the product. Apparel sizing varies by style and by manufacturer. Show Your Logo, Inc. is not responsible for sizing and recommends reviewing a sizing chart or sample prior to making apparel size choices. A cancellation fee of $25 may be applied to jobs which are cancelled. Any chargeable services performed up to the time of cancellation shall be payable by the customer including art charges, proofs, digitizing, setup charges, etc. Any imprinted products returned in violation of this policy may be discarded by Show Your Logo, Inc. after 30 days.
Promotional Product Pricing Information
Pricing is quoted per project and is based on: Quantity, number of imprint colors, imprint locations, and delivery time. “As low as:” price is for larger quantity order and may not include setup charges or freight. Prices on the website often include a one color/one location imprint. Printing or embroidery is additional on most apparel. Minimum quantity order may be required.
Show Your Logo, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order.
Artwork size and placement may be changed at the discretion of Show Your Logo, Inc.
10% over or under requested quantity is acceptable due to quality control.
PMS color matches are not guaranteed as like colors may be used or product color may shift the color of the imprint. Example: printing yellow ink on a blue item may shift the yellow to appear a bit greenish. PMS ink colors for screen printing are not always the exact same as PMS ink color for other printing methods. Example: Reflex Blue ink for screen printing on t-shirts is much brighter than Reflex Blue used for commercial printing (paper). Also, thread colors for embroidery do not perfectly match PMS colors. Show Your Logo, Inc. will put forth its best efforts to match colors as closely as possible to requested colors, but color variations may occur. Show Your Logo, Inc. reserves the right to substitute in its sole discretion a similar color choice to attempt to minimize color variations.
Color misregistration of the industry standard 1/16 inch shall be deemed acceptable.
Product usage, quality, liability, merchantability, warranties
Show Your Logo, Inc. is not responsible for any damages or injuries incurred due to manufacturing defects, hazardous materials, lead content, choking hazards, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of products including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles, even if Show Your Logo, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Show Your Logo, Inc. warrants that all goods sold are free of any security interest and will make available to Buyer all transferable warranties made to Show Your Logo, Inc. by the manufacturer of the goods. Show Your Logo, Inc. makes no other express or implied warranties, and specifically makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose. Show Your Logo, Inc. will not be liable for any damages due to misuse of our products including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.
Products that may have minor visual imperfections in the product or imprint should not be considered as defective or flawed items. In the event a product defect is identified, Show Your Logo, Inc. may replace the order in part or in its entirety only upon endorsement of the defect by the manufacturer of the product. Likewise, if an imprint defect is identified, Show Your Logo, Inc. may replace that portion of the order only upon confirmation of the defect by Show Your Logo, Inc.
Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations and imperfections in our products are not considered flaws. Variations in raw materials, finishes, production equipment and other steps in the production process may also result in variations of size, shape, finish, color, pock marks, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards. See “Imprinting Policies” for further information.
We encourage the buyer to review a sample of the actual product before ordering. The buyer will understand that these samples are representative in nature. While Show Your Logo, Inc. is very careful about the suppliers and manufacturers we use, manufacturing variations are unavoidable and a natural result of the manufacturing process. By choosing to place and order with Show Your Logo, Inc., you are agreeing to accept merchandise with reasonable manufacturing variances in product material, color and packaging.
Quotes are good for a period of 30 days from date they are issued UNLESS the pricing offered reflects a limited time “special” offer. “Specials” are offered from time to time and quoted “special” pricing is only good for the term of the promo. Price increases may be reflected in the final price if orders are not approved for production by the customer prior to the expiration of the quote or “special” offer.
Customer provided credit card(s) may be charged any time after the product ships. Most often, the card is not charged until customer receives the product. A 50% deposit may be required prior to production.
Terms are given at the discretion of Show Your Logo, Inc. and may require a credit card number to hold. In the event that the customer does not fully pay any invoice within the required time period (terms), the amount of any balance due may be charged to the supplied credit card. By providing credit card information, customer is authorizing Show Your Logo, Inc. to apply the charges listed on the Order Acknowledgement at any time to the card. Customer shall be responsible for all costs, including attorney’s fees, incurred by Show Your Logo, Inc. in collecting any charges due relative to customer’s order. There is a $25 service fee for each returned check.
Shipping Policies/Due Dates
Show Your Logo, Inc. reserves the right to make carrier selection to meet operational and customer needs including use of expedited services to meet customer deadlines.
Estimated “In-Hands” dates are not guaranteed unless specifically marked as an “EVENT DATE” on signed order acknowledgement. Estimated production times begin from the date of artwork approval or the order’s approval for production by the customer, whichever is later.
Show Your Logo, Inc. ships from multiple facilities throughout the US.
Customers may have orders that contain multiple items, and those items may ship from different facilities. As a result, the items may arrive to the customer at different times and in separate shipments.
If customers wish to have Show Your Logo, Inc. ship items and bill the freight costs to the their account number, the customer must provide Show Your Logo, Inc. with carrier name and account number at or before the time of the order acknowledgement approval. Handling fees may apply to orders using customer supplied shipping account numbers.
Customers may request third party shipping. Third party shipping requests must be made at or before the time of the order acknowledgment approval and must be approved by Show Your Logo, Inc. Show Your Logo, Inc. is not responsible for coordination of the freight company or freight logistics when third party shipping is used. Show Your Logo, Inc. is not responsible for damages incurred to the shipment if the items, whole or in part, are lost or damaged in transit when using third party shipping. All claims or charges must be filed by the customer with freight carrier.
State and Municipal Sales Taxes
Show Your Logo, Inc. is required to collect sales tax on items that are received in Illinois and Michigan unless a proper tax exempt certificate is supplied. It is the responsibility of the receiver to insure the tax laws are followed for their state. There may be instances where our suppliers may charge Show Your Logo, Inc. sales tax because the tax laws in a given state or municipality. In these instances, the sales taxes will be passed along to the customer.
Proposition 65 for California Destinations
California’s Proposition 65, which was implemented in 1985, requires warning notices on all products that contain an array of substances. Warnings may be required for imprinted products that will be distributed or sold in California. Glass and ceramic decoration are regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and as to date no cases have been brought to trial regarding any violation of Prop 65. Customers will hold Show Your Logo, Inc. harmless from all liability for alleged Prop 65 violations. Any and all costs associated with defending any legal claims due to Proposition 65 will be the responsibility of the customer.
Trademark Usage Rights
All the logos and trademarks are registered trademarks and logos of their respective owners and copyright holders. They are provided only as a convenience for their lawful use, and should be used only by owner of the logo or trademark, authorized agents or affiliates, with proper permission from the copyright holders.
Any customer of Show Your Logo, Inc. represents and warrants to Show Your Logo, Inc. that he or she has the unrestricted right to use, copy and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, graphic, artwork, name, photograph, portrait, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is to be printed on or otherwise applied to the promotional merchandise ordered by the customer. All customers must agree to defend, indemnify and hold Show Your Logo, Inc. and its parent company and any affiliates fully harmless from any claims, suits or actions and from all costs associated therewith, including attorney’s fees, alleging that the promotional merchandise ordered by the customer violates or infringes upon any rights of any third party.
All customers are solely responsible for obtaining proper permissions and licenses from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed. To use any logo, trademark or copyrighted items, a customer MUST have written permission from the owner of the logo or trademark or copyright, or be an employee or authorized agent or affiliate of the owner. A customer may NOT use any logo or other graphic material in a manner which may infringe on a protected right or copyright. A customer also may NOT use any logo or trademark in a vulgar, libelous, disparaging or otherwise unlawful manner. Show Your Logo, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages or wrongdoing resulting from a customer’s use of any logo, trademark or copyrighted items. Show Your Logo, Inc. shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark or copyright that is printed on or otherwise applied to promotional merchandise ordered or purchased by the customer through Show Your Logo, Inc.
Limitation of Liability
Show Your Logo, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, resulting from the use or inability to use Show Your Logo, Inc.’s site or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through Show Your Logo, Inc.’s site or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles, even if Show Your Logo, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This site is created and controlled by Show Your Logo, Inc. in the state of Illinois. Therefore, the internal laws of Illinois will govern these policies, terms and conditions, and disclaimers without reference to principles of conflict of laws. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these disclaimers, policies, or terms and conditions at any time.
